You can make TalentOcean your internal and external talent management solution – you don’t have to build your own internal HR solution; you can make TalentOcean look like your own.

There are various customisable branded options:

• Register as a company on TalentOcean and upload your company logo which will replace the Talent Ocean logo. You can also change the look and feel of the site by changing colours and fonts to suit your brand and corporate ID.
• You can choose to white label the “Search” and “Apply” components of TalentOcean and embed the relevant code into your own website, which means that the jobs you have posted on TalentOcean can be made available in the vacancy section of your own website.
• You may want to keep your jobs and candidates private or separate from the TalentOcean ‘public’ offering; you can use TalentOcean as your internal job board viewable only by selected users from your company.
